Service Process

Donohue Specialty Consulting is and will be very accommodating to each client. They work closely with each client to arrange a timeline that makes the most sense for the client, and in regard to service fees, they assure each client that they will also be arranged to accommodate the client’s budget and payment type preference.

We can immediately serve a client. For example, if a company or government entity has an important employee unexpectedly leave and they need an expert to jump in and help manage a project, the Donohue Specialty Consulting team will quickly jump on board.

Many companies and government entities that unexpectedly lose one or more people often have to spend quite some time posting a position, selecting the permanent employee, waiting for the new employee to leave their existing position, etc.

We are very familiar with this, so their solution is to immediately provide the expert service, keep providing the service until the new employee is on board, if desired, also collaborate with the new employee, and then the Donohue Consulting Expert will leave when the client tells us to go.

In regard to training, we can provide one-on-one training for a very specific category or the general aspects of a category.

The training can be a one-time event or a series of events. Here is just one example of many: if a company has part of their staff who does not have deep experience in asset management-related subjects, we can arrange a monthly event that will focus on the specific categories the team needs to be more knowledgeable about.
